How charges work

MC Pro Max is a coordination & dispatch platform in Bahawalpur. We charge a transparent platform fee for creating a logged request, shortlisting, dispatch, follow-up, and support. Worker/rider charges are separate (visit/travel + work/ride charges). The platform fee stays Rs 300 even if distance-based travel charges increase.

3) Distance rule (simple) Basic travel cover is for typical city distance. If distance is higher, the worker/rider may charge extra travel — platform fee stays Rs 300.

  • Total typical visit: Rs 700
  • Breakdown: Rs 300 platform + Rs 400 worker visit/travel
  • Work charges: quoted by worker after inspection (separate from visit)
  • Distance note: if beyond typical city range, worker may add travel per km (platform fee remains Rs 300)

Monthly hiring (domestic staff etc.)

  • Monthly dispatch fee: Rs 12,000 (fixed)
  • Industry often takes one salary; MC Pro Max uses a fixed dispatch fee for transparency.
  • Replacement/refund is handled under policy (see Legal) based on case facts and records.
