What does restricted / blacklisted mean?

  • Restricted: Limited access to platform coordination (temporary or conditional).
  • Blacklisted: Removed from platform coordination due to serious or repeated violations.
  • Decisions are record-based and reviewed internally for safety, trust, and reliability.

MC Pro Max is a coordination & dispatch platform. If you want official support and logged records, do not finalize outside the platform.

Common reasons

  • Fraud, impersonation, or false identity / documents.
  • Harassment, threats, abuse, or unsafe behavior.
  • Repeated no-shows / cancellations without valid cause.
  • Payment disputes involving deception or manipulation.
  • Policy violations: bypassing logs, repeat complaints, or safety breaches.

  • Any party misusing the platform or harming trust

How decisions are made

  • Review of request logs, messages, call/WhatsApp confirmations, and payment proofs.
  • Internal assessment by operations & quality control.
  • Temporary restriction may apply during investigation.
  • Final decision may be communicated via official WhatsApp where applicable.
