Platform role
- MC Pro Max is a coordination & dispatch platform (we match and coordinate requests).
- We do not directly provide labor, workmanship, medical services, or transport ourselves.
- Workers, riders, and providers operate as independent third parties.
- Platform fees support best-effort verification, dispatch, logging, follow-up, and support operations.

Eligibility & consent
- By using this website/WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.
- You must provide accurate contact details for coordination.
- For sensitive categories (including Ladies Lounge), we may apply additional checks and consent steps.
Your responsibilities
- Clients must clearly describe the task, location, and timing.
- Verify identity on arrival (name/phone/reference) before allowing entry.
- Providers must deliver truthful profile details and comply with conduct rules.
Verification & safety (best-effort)
- Verification is record-based and best-effort; it is not a guarantee of performance or character.
- Always use common safety steps: confirm identity, keep valuables secure, and avoid sharing OTPs/PINs.
- Emergency situations: contact local authorities first, then notify us for logging/support.
Impersonation warning
- Trust only the official number: +92 304 1062929.
- Do not pay “agents” claiming to represent MC Pro Max without written confirmation from the official channel.
- If you suspect impersonation, report immediately via WhatsApp so we can blacklist and warn others.
Payments & fees
- Platform coordination fee is disclosed before confirmation (where applicable).
- Worker/rider/provider charges are typically paid separately to the provider unless stated otherwise.
- We may request proof of payment (screenshot/receipt) for dispute logging and resolution.

Liability limitations
- MC Pro Max is not responsible for workmanship quality, delays, losses, damages, accidents, or third-party actions.
- Service outcomes are agreed between client and provider; MC Pro Max’s role is coordination and recordkeeping.
- We do not guarantee availability of any specific worker/provider/rider at any time.
Indemnity (plain meaning)
If a dispute or claim occurs because of a client/provider’s actions, both parties may be responsible for their own actions and costs. MC Pro Max’s liability remains limited to the platform coordination scope.
Conduct & anti-harassment
- Harassment, threats, coercion, or exploitation are prohibited for all parties.
- Abusive language, unsafe behavior, or privacy violations may trigger restriction or blacklisting.
- For Ladies Lounge requests, strict respect, privacy, and consent rules apply.
Privacy & records
- We store operational logs (request details, dispatch notes) to improve reliability and resolve disputes.
- We share only necessary information for coordination (client ↔ provider) on a need-to-know basis.
- Do not share CNIC/OTP/PIN publicly. Share only via official channel when asked.
Disputes & resolution
- First step: attempt a respectful resolution between client and provider.
- If unresolved, report to MC Pro Max with screenshots, receipts, and timeline; we will log and review best-effort.
- Serious issues (violence, theft, extortion): contact law enforcement immediately; we can assist with records.
Restrictions & blacklisting
- Fraud, abuse, impersonation, repeated no-shows, or verified misconduct may lead to restriction.
- Blacklisted users/providers lose access to platform coordination.
- Decisions are based on logs, complaints, evidence, and internal review (best-effort).
