Submit a request
Share your requirement via the website form or official WhatsApp (Bahawalpur).
Step 2
Confirm details
We verify essentials like area, timing, urgency, and service scope to avoid miscommunication.
Step 3
Shortlist options
We shortlist suitable workers/providers and share availability based on your requirement.
Step 4
Confirm charges before dispatch
Provider charges and the platform ticket fee are disclosed before dispatch. You approve first.
Step 5
Dispatch & follow-up
Once confirmed, dispatch is logged and we follow up for completion/closure.
Fees clarity
- Platform coordination fee: Rs 300 per ticket.
- Worker / rider charges: paid separately to the provider (as agreed).
- No surprises: all charges are confirmed before dispatch.
